Peter Pao, Owner

     ​Peter Pao has been in foodservice for over 40 years; first as a restaurant operator (both as chef/manager and also as an owner), then in food sales, and then also in equipment/smallwares sales.  Enjoying being a respected supplier led Peter to become a representative for manufacturers, as long as those manufacturers were the leaders of their field.  Peter is involved with many foodservice groups (IFSEA-International Foodservice Executives Association-Past International Chairman, IMCEA-International Military Community Executives Association, HRA-Hawaii Restaurant Association, SNA-School Nutrition Association, and Maui Chefs de Cuisine).

Derek Conselva, Sales
​
      Derek Conselva has been in food service sales for over 40 years.  In those years, Derek has developed a huge following of food service professionals who look forward to any opportunity to work with his effusive personality.  His experience in beverage and then food sales prepared him for equipment and small wares sales, and continuing his relationships.  He has been a Hawaii Restaurant Association (HRA) member for 30 years and on the advisory board for 10 years.  An International Food Service Executive Association (IFSEA) member for 28 years and past President. A Leeward Community College Culinary Advisory Board Member for 20 years.

Lisa Pua'a, Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

     Lisa Pua'a, joined All Island Reps at its inception as the bookkeeper and administrative assistant, eventually taking on the additional responsibilities as Maui Rep. ​

Andrew Ling, Sales/CAD Designer

     Andrew Ling has been active in the foodservice industry since 2012 working as a CAD designer and project manager for leading equipment dealers in Honolulu. Now as an independent consultant and member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International), he works directly with architects and end users designing and specifying projects across the Hawaiian Islands. As a regular member and attendee of the (HRA) Hawaii Restaurant Association, (HLTA) Hawaii Lodging and Touring Association and Engineering Advisory Council he keeps up to date on trends and activity going on with the industry in the local market. Andrew's background from the dealer/sales side gives him key insight to all aspects of equipment specification and invaluable familiarity with end user/operators and how to solve their problems.
